How to choose your size
All three use the same five wavelengths. The difference is how much of you the panel covers at once, and how much space it needs.

Desk: one small area at a time
34.5 cm. Small enough for a desk or shelf. The simplest way to start a routine in a small space.

Half: upper or lower body
97.5 cm tall. Covers about half of your body per session.

Full: most of your body in one session
153 cm tall. Plan floor space like a full-length mirror.

Questions
Before you choose
Where does my panel ship from?
From our partner warehouse in China. It leaves the warehouse in 1–3 business days and arrives in about 10–21 business days, tracked all the way.
Will I pay customs or VAT on delivery?
Not for EU addresses. Duties and VAT are prepaid and already included in the price.
What is the difference between the three sizes?
Coverage and space. Desk is 34.5 cm for one small area at a time, Half is 97.5 cm tall for about half of your body, Full is 153 cm tall for most of your body in one session. All three use the same five wavelengths.
What do 630, 660, 810, 830 and 850 nm mean?
They are the wavelengths of the LEDs: 630 and 660 nm are visible red light, 810, 830 and 850 nm are near-infrared, which you can barely see. These figures are manufacturer data.
Is this a medical device?
No. Rubrawell panels are for a daily light routine at home as part of general wellness. They are not meant to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
What about returns and warranty?
30-day returns from delivery, plus the EU 14-day right of withdrawal. For a change of mind you pay the return shipping (we quote it before you send anything); if the panel is faulty, damaged or wrong, we pay. Orders placed 1 November – 24 December 2026 can be returned until 31 January 2027. The 3-year warranty covers repair, replacement or refund. Email support@rubrawell.com.
