About Rubrawell

Rubrawell (rubrawell.com) is a small online brand that sells red and near-infrared LED light panels in three sizes: Desk, Half (97.5 cm tall) and Full (153 cm tall). We started it to give people a full-height and half-body option at a mid price, with the facts written down before they pay.

Why we started

When we looked for a red light panel for home use, the same questions kept coming back without clear answers:

How tall is the panel itself?
What does it cost with a stand and delivery?
Where does it ship from, and will customs charge me at the door?
What happens if I want to send it back?

Full-height panels from European brands started at about €1,695 before a stand (Dermfix RLF3000, brand site, October 2026). Cheaper options rarely said where they shipped from or what the irradiance figures meant. We wanted something in between, explained plainly.

How we work

We say where it ships from. Our panels ship from our partner warehouse in China. We don't claim EU stock we don't have.
We include duties and VAT. For EU addresses the checkout price is the total.
We label numbers honestly. Manufacturer figures are marked "manufacturer data". We don't publish irradiance until we have measured it ourselves.
We keep claims out. Rubrawell panels are for a daily light routine. They are not medical devices and we make no health or treatment claims.
We stand behind the product. 30-day returns and a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
We don't fake proof. No invented reviews, tests or certificates. Reviews will come only from real buyers.

Where we are

Rubrawell is a small EU-based team. The store is operated by the operator named in our legal notice, an individual trader registered in Sofia, Bulgaria (EU).
