Rubrawell (rubrawell.com) is a small online brand, run by a small EU-based team and registered in Sofia, Bulgaria (EU), that sells red and near-infrared LED light panels in three sizes. Every fact below can be checked before you pay: where panels ship from, what you pay, how returns work and how to reach us.

What we don't do
- No fake reviews. Reviews will only come from real buyers after delivery. Until then, we show none.
- No invented tests or certificates. We don't display a test result or certification mark unless we hold the report and have verified it with the issuing lab.
- No inflated light numbers. Specs from the manufacturer are labelled "manufacturer data". We don't publish irradiance until we have measured it ourselves.
- No fake discounts. No crossed-out "was" prices, no countdown timers.
- No health claims. Rubrawell panels are wellness light panels for a daily routine. They are not medical devices.
Why the ship-from detail matters
A shop can have a Spanish-language site and euro prices but still ship from outside the EU. If it doesn't say so, you may face a customs bill at the door or a long wait you didn't expect. We tell you up front: China, DDP, 10–21 business days. Read more on where we ship from.
How to check any red light shop (including us)
- Find the legal name and address of the seller. It should be on the legal notice or imprint page.
- Look for the ship-from country, not just "fast shipping".
- Check who pays duties and VAT for your country.
- Read the return terms: how many days, who pays return shipping, any restocking fee.
- Ask how irradiance was measured: instrument, distance, centre or average.
- Check the warranty length and how a claim works.

Is Rubrawell a real company?
Yes. Rubrawell is operated by an individual trader registered in Sofia, Bulgaria (EU). The operator's name and address are listed in our legal notice. You can email support@rubrawell.com before buying.
Where does Rubrawell ship from?
From our partner warehouse in China, with duties and VAT prepaid for EU addresses. We don't have stock in Spain or elsewhere in the EU.
Will I get my money back if I return a panel?
Yes. Return it within 30 days of delivery and we refund the price you paid, including original standard delivery. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by you.
Is Rubrawell new?
Yes. rubrawell.com went online in October 2026. That's why we publish checkable facts instead of reviews: the operator in our legal notice, where panels ship from, the delivered price, the return terms and a contact email you can test before buying.
Are there reviews of Rubrawell?
Not yet. We're a new store with no reviews so far. Reviews will only come from real buyers after delivery, and we won't post fake ones or buy them.
What irradiance does the Rubrawell panel have?
We haven't published irradiance yet. We'll publish our own measurements, with instrument and distance, once we've made them. Rated power (manufacturer data: about 90 W, 455 W and 900 W) is not irradiance: watts don't tell you how much light arrives at a given distance, in mW/cm².
Are Rubrawell panels certified?
We only list a certification once we hold the test report and have verified it with the lab that issued it.
Is my payment safe?
Payments run through Shopify's checkout, which is PCI DSS compliant. We never see or store your full card number.
