The Rubrawell Desk is a compact red and near-infrared LED light panel, 34.5 × 23 cm, made for a daily light routine at your desk, bedside table or shelf. It costs €249 with EU duties and VAT included, leaves our partner warehouse in China within 1–3 business days and comes with a 3-year warranty.

Why people choose the Desk

  • Fits where a big panel won't. 34.5 × 23 × 9.5 cm and 4.3 kg, a little larger than an A4 sheet. It sits next to a monitor without taking over the room.
  • Five wavelengths in one panel. Two visible reds (630 and 660 nm) and three near-infrared bands (810, 830 and 850 nm) that the eye can't see. Manufacturer data.
  • Costs almost nothing to run. At its rated 90 W, a 10-minute session uses 0.015 kWh: about 0.4 cents at €0.25 per kWh.

Is the Desk the right size for you?

Choose the Desk if you want a light routine while you work or read, have limited space, or want a first panel. It lights a small area at close range.

It is not a full-body panel. For upper or lower body at a time, see the Rubrawell Half (97.5 cm tall). For most of your height at once, see the Rubrawell Full (153 cm tall). Still unsure? Read the size guide.

Free tracked shipping on every order. Your panel ships from our partner warehouse in China, leaves it in 1–3 business days and arrives in about 10–21 business days. For EU addresses, import duties and VAT are prepaid and included in the price, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Returns

You can return your panel within 30 days of delivery; the EU 14-day right of withdrawal applies too. Change of mind: you pay the return shipping, and we tell you the cost before you send it. Faulty, damaged or wrong item: we pay. Orders placed 1 November – 24 December 2026 can be returned until 31 January 2027. Email support@rubrawell.com to start a return.
3-year warranty

Your panel has a 3-year warranty. If it stops working as it should, email support@rubrawell.com with your order number and a short video, and we repair, replace or refund it.

Don't look directly into the LEDs. Follow the distance and time in your panel's manual (manuals for this type of panel commonly give 15–45 cm). A daily light routine is a wellness habit; this panel is not a medical device.

How big is the Rubrawell Desk?

The panel measures 34.5 × 23 × 9.5 cm and weighs 4.3 kg (manufacturer data). It ships in a 44 × 38 × 13 cm box.
Which wavelengths does the Desk use?

Five, according to the manufacturer: 630 and 660 nm red, which you can see, and 810, 830 and 850 nm near-infrared, which you can't. All five are in every Rubrawell size.
What is the irradiance of the Rubrawell Desk?

We don't publish an irradiance figure yet. The seller does not supply a spectrometer measurement we can verify, so we will measure the panel ourselves and publish values at 15, 30 and 45 cm. The 90 W figure is rated electrical power, not light at your position.
Where does the Desk ship from and how long does delivery take?

It ships from our partner warehouse in China and leaves within 1–3 business days. Delivery to EU addresses takes about 10–21 business days, with tracking.
Will I pay customs or VAT when the Desk arrives?

Not in the EU. Duties and import VAT are prepaid (DDP), so €249 is the full price and the courier won't charge you on delivery.
Can I use the Desk for my whole body?

No. The Desk lights a small area at close range. For half your body at a time choose the Rubrawell Half (97.5 cm tall); for most of your height choose the Rubrawell Full (153 cm tall).
Do I need eye protection with the Desk?

Don't look straight into the LEDs. Near-infrared light is invisible, so your eyes don't react to it the way they do to bright visible light. We recommend closing your eyes or wearing protective goggles during use.
What warranty and returns come with the Desk?

A 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects and 30-day returns from delivery. Your EU 14-day right of withdrawal applies in full.
