Shipping & Delivery
Rubrawell panels ship from our partner warehouse in China. For EU addresses, duties and import VAT are prepaid and included in the price, the panel leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes about 10–21 business days, tracked.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Holidays in China or in your country can add a few days.
What DDP means for you
DDP stands for "delivered duty paid". We pay import duties and VAT before the parcel enters the EU. You don't fill in customs forms, and nobody asks you for money at the door. The price at checkout is what the panel costs you.
Where your parcel goes
- Day 0: you order. We send a confirmation email.
- Day 1–3 (business days): the panel leaves our partner warehouse. You get a tracking link.
- Transit: the parcel travels to the EU, clears customs with duties already paid, and passes to a local carrier.
- Delivery: the local carrier brings it to your door. Large boxes go to the door, not into the room.
Tracking can stay quiet for a few days at the start while the parcel moves to the export hub. That's normal.
We don't have EU stock, and we say so
Some shops imply a local warehouse they don't have. We don't. If you need a panel within a few days, a brand with EU stock will be faster. If you can wait two to five weeks, you get a delivered price with no customs surprises. More on this: where we ship from.
Problems with delivery
- Damaged box or panel: photograph the box and the panel, keep the packaging, and email support@rubrawell.com within 7 days. We replace or refund at our cost.
- No tracking updates for 7 business days: write to us and we'll chase the carrier.
- Wrong address: email us as soon as possible. We can change it until the panel leaves the warehouse.
