Terms of service

Last updated: 16 October 2026

1. Who we are

rubrawell.com ("the Store") is operated by the operator named in our legal notice, an individual trader registered in Sofia, Bulgaria (EU), email support@rubrawell.com ("Rubrawell", "we", "us"). The full name and address are in the legal notice.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed on the Store. By placing an order you accept them. If you're a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

3. Products

We sell red and near-infrared LED light panels for a daily wellness light routine. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Specifications marked "manufacturer data" come from the manufacturer; we make reasonable efforts to keep them accurate and will correct them when our own measurements differ. Product images are illustrative; colours may vary slightly by screen.

4. Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT. For EU deliveries they also include import duties (DDP) and shipping. We currently deliver to EU countries only. We don't show reference ("was") prices unless they comply with EU price-indication rules. We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

5. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. Keep your confirmation email; we also store a copy of the contract details.

6. Payment

Payment is taken through Shopify's secure checkout. We accept major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus PayPal where available. The methods available to you are shown at checkout. We don't see or store your full card details.

7. Delivery

Products ship from our partner warehouse in China. Dispatch and delivery times, costs and the DDP arrangement are set out in our shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. We extend the return window to 30 days from delivery; orders placed from 1 November to 24 December 2026 can be returned until 31 January 2027. Conditions, costs and the model withdrawal form are in our refund policy.

9. Legal guarantee and warranty

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under applicable law (at least 2 years across the EU, and longer where your national law provides, for example 3 years in Spain). In addition, we give a voluntary 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects, described in our refund policy. The warranty doesn't limit your legal rights.

10. Safe use

Read the manual before use and follow its instructions on distance, time and mounting. Don't stare into the LEDs; close your eyes or wear suitable goggles. Mount panels only on fixings rated for their weight. Keep panels away from water and out of reach of children. Stop using a panel that is damaged.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and as required by mandatory law (including product liability). Otherwise, our liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable, typical damage arising from breach of essential contractual obligations. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract.

12. Reviews and content

If you post a review, it must reflect your genuine experience as a buyer. We publish reviews only from verified buyers and don't edit them to change their meaning. We may remove unlawful or abusive content.

13. Intellectual property

The Store's texts, images, logos and the name Rubrawell belong to us or our licensors. You may not reuse them commercially without permission.

14. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our privacy policy.

15. Disputes

Contact us first at support@rubrawell.com; we aim to resolve every issue quickly. We don't take part in an alternative dispute resolution scheme. EU consumers can contact their national consumer authority.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country.

17. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you order applies to that order.
