Where Rubrawell Ships From

Rubrawell panels ship from our partner warehouse in China. For EU addresses we prepay import duties and VAT (DDP), so the checkout price is final; panels leave the warehouse within 1–3 business days and arrive in about 10–21 business days, tracked.
Who sells, and who handles the import
- Seller: Rubrawell is operated by an individual trader registered in Sofia, Bulgaria (EU). Full details are in our legal notice.
- Import: we ship DDP (delivered duty paid). Import VAT and duties are paid before delivery through our shipping partner. You are not the importer, and nothing is due at the door.
- If a carrier asks you to pay: don't. Email support@rubrawell.com with your order number and we sort it out with the carrier. If you've already paid duties or VAT on an EU delivery, send us the receipt and we refund it.
- Tracking: you get a tracking link by email from dispatch. Dispatch takes 1–3 business days, transit about 10–21 business days.

Why ship from China?
Our panels are made by a manufacturer in Shenzhen. Shipping each order directly from the partner warehouse, rather than storing stock in an EU warehouse, keeps the price down: €1,390 for a 153 cm tall panel and €899 for a 97.5 cm tall one, duties and VAT included. The trade-off is time. EU-stocked brands usually deliver in a few days; we take two to five weeks.
What we won't say
- We won't say "ships from Spain" or "EU warehouse". We have neither.
- We won't promise a delivery date we can't control. We give a range and a tracking link.
- We won't call it a pre-order. Panels are in stock at the warehouse and leave within 1–3 business days.
Duties and VAT, explained
Parcels entering the EU from outside are subject to import VAT, and above certain values to customs duty and a carrier clearance fee. With DDP, we pay these before the parcel reaches you. Without DDP, the courier usually collects them from you at the door. For a sense of scale: on a €1,000 panel with €80 shipping, 21% import VAT alone adds €226.80 before any duty or clearance fee. Product compliance and payment
- Certifications: we only list a certification once we hold the test report and have verified it. We don't show marks or test results we can't back up.
- Manufacturer details: the product label and manual carry the manufacturer's details.
- Payment: card payments run through Shopify's checkout. PayPal is also offered, and PayPal's buyer protection applies under PayPal's own terms.

Questions
Does Rubrawell have a warehouse in Spain or the EU?
No. All panels ship from our partner warehouse in China. We prepay EU duties and VAT so you don't pay anything on delivery.
Why does delivery take 10–21 business days?
The panel travels from China to the EU, clears customs and passes to a local carrier. Dispatch takes 1–3 business days on top.
Will I pay import VAT on a Rubrawell panel?
It's already included. For EU addresses we ship DDP, so import VAT and duties are prepaid and the courier won't charge you.
Is a Rubrawell order a pre-order?
No. Panels are in stock at our partner warehouse and leave within 1–3 business days of your order.
Can I track my panel?
Yes. You get a tracking link by email at dispatch. The first scans can take a few days to appear.
Who made the panels?
A manufacturer in Shenzhen, China. Rubrawell selects the models, sets the specs we publish, handles support, returns and the 3-year warranty.
Who is the seller?
