Where do Rubrawell panels ship from?
From our partner warehouse in China. We don't hold stock in Spain or anywhere else in the EU, and we won't claim we do. Every order is shipped tracked, with duties and import VAT prepaid for EU addresses.
How long does delivery take?
Your panel leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days. Delivery to EU addresses then takes about 10–21 business days. We currently deliver to EU countries only.

Will I pay customs, duties or VAT on delivery?
Not in the EU. We ship DDP (delivered duty paid): duties and import VAT are paid before the parcel reaches you, and they're included in the price you see. The courier won't ask you for money.
Are Rubrawell prices final?
Yes. €249 (Desk), €899 (Half) and €1,390 (Full) include VAT and, for EU addresses, import duties. Shipping to all EU countries is included too, so there's nothing to add at checkout. We don't use crossed-out "was" prices.
How do I track my order?
You get an email with a tracking link when the panel leaves the warehouse. Early scans can take a few days to appear while the parcel moves to the export hub.
What is your returns policy?
You can return a panel within 30 days of delivery. Your EU 14-day right of withdrawal applies in full, and we extend the window to 30 days. Email support@rubrawell.com to start; details are on the returns page.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the panel arrived faulty, damaged or wrong, we do. If you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. Because the boxes are large, we quote the return cost before you send it, so you know the amount up front. We refund the price you paid, including the original standard delivery. Email support@rubrawell.com first and we'll reply with the return address and instructions.
What warranty do I get?
A 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects on every panel. If a defect is confirmed, we repair, replace or refund, and we cover the shipping for the claim. This comes on top of your legal guarantee rights.
Which size should I choose?

How far should I sit or stand from the panel?
Follow the distance in the manual for your panel. Manuals for this kind of panel commonly give 15–45 cm. Light intensity drops as you move away, so the same number of minutes delivers less energy at a greater distance. Our distance and minutes guide shows the maths.
How many minutes should I use it?
Follow the distance and time given in your panel's manual. We don't give health-based timing advice. If you want to understand how minutes, distance and irradiance relate, see the J/cm² explainer.
Are red light panels safe for my eyes?
Don't stare into the LEDs. The near-infrared light (810, 830, 850 nm) is invisible, so your eyes don't squint or look away from it as they do with bright visible light. Close your eyes or wear protective goggles during use. The Half and Full come with protective goggles (per the manufacturer's accessory list). The Desk doesn't, so Desk owners should use goggles that block the 600–1000 nm range. Read more on eye safety basics.
How much electricity does a panel use?
Based on rated power, a 10-minute session costs about 0.4 cents (Desk, 90 W), 1.9 cents (Half, 455 W) or 3.8 cents (Full, 900 W) at €0.25 per kWh. Full table: power consumption.
What is the irradiance of Rubrawell panels?
We don't publish an irradiance figure yet. The seller's numbers are not backed by a spectrometer report we can verify, so we will measure the panels ourselves and publish values at 15, 30 and 45 cm. Why seller numbers are often inflated
Is a floor stand included?
No, and we don't offer one at launch. Each panel comes with the manufacturer's mounting parts: the Desk has a desk stand, and the Half and Full come with a hanging bar (with screws) and four rubber feet, per the manufacturer's accessory list.
Is Rubrawell legit?
Rubrawell (rubrawell.com) is a small online brand run by a small EU-based team, operated by an individual trader registered in Sofia, Bulgaria (EU); details are in our legal notice. Checkout runs on Shopify, every order is tracked, EU duties are prepaid, and you get 30-day returns and a 3-year warranty. We publish where we ship from and label every spec. Which payment methods do you accept?
Major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay through Shopify's secure checkout, plus PayPal where available. The methods available to you are shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
Is this a medical or therapy device?
No. People often search for "red light therapy" panels, but Rubrawell panels are wellness light panels for a daily light routine. They are not medical devices, and we make no health or treatment claims.
Do the panels make noise?
The panels have side cooling vents. We'll publish a measured dB(A) figure once we've measured it.
