Returns & Warranty
You can return any Rubrawell panel within 30 days of delivery, and every panel has a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Your EU 14-day right of withdrawal applies in full; our 30-day window goes beyond it. For the holidays, orders placed from 1 November to 24 December 2026 can be returned until 31 January 2027.

How to return a panel (changed your mind)
- Email support@rubrawell.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. A short "I'd like to return my order" is enough.
- We reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything before you have them.
- Pack the panel and its parts securely, ideally in the original box.
- Send it with a tracked service and email us the tracking number.
- We refund within 14 days of receiving the panel or your proof of shipment, whichever comes first, to your original payment method.
You may try the panel, as you would in a shop. If it comes back damaged by use beyond trying it, we may deduct the loss in value. We tell you the amount before we refund.
Return shipping for large boxes isn't cheap. That's why we quote the return cost before you send the panel, so you can decide with the amount in front of you.
Holiday returns 2026
Orders placed from 1 November to 24 December 2026 can be returned until 31 January 2027, so a panel bought as a gift can still go back after the holidays. Everything else works as above. If the normal 30 days from delivery ends later than 31 January 2027, the later date applies.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item
- Damaged on arrival: photograph the box and the panel, keep the packaging, and email us within 7 days of delivery. We replace or refund at our cost.
- Wrong item: we arrange the exchange at our cost.

The 3-year warranty
- What's covered: manufacturing defects in the panel, its LEDs, electronics, cord and supplied parts, for 3 years from delivery.
- What's not covered: damage from drops, misuse, water, unauthorised repairs or normal cosmetic wear.
- How to claim: email support@rubrawell.com with your order number, a short description and a photo or video of the problem.
- What we do: if we confirm a defect, we repair, replace or refund. We cover the shipping for valid claims.
The warranty comes on top of your legal guarantee rights under EU and national law, which it does not limit.
